What if my Apple ID is locked or disabled
If you or someone else is typing in your password or other account information too often, learn how to regain access to your account.
If your account is deactivated for security reasons
If you see any of the following messages, your Apple ID is automatically locked to protect the security of your account, and you cannot log into any Apple services:
"This Apple ID has been deactivated for security reasons"
"You cannot log in because your account has been deactivated for security reasons"
"This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"
