Tricycle common malfunctions
1 Triangle belt slip. Reasons: ¢Ù triangle belt is too loose; ¢Ú Triangle belt wear seriously; ¢Û There is oil on the surface of the triangle belt or pulley. Elimination method: If the triangle belt is too loose, move the diesel engine forward and tighten the corner screw, or adjust the tow wheel. The tightness of the triangle belt should be applied with the thumb to exert about 2kg of force at the midpoint of the span of the tight side, and the belt should sag 8-12mm; Triangle belt wear serious should be replaced; Clean the surface of the triangle belt or pulley with a dry cloth.
2 triangle belt twist. Cause: The two belts are not aligned. Elimination method: Adjust the position of the diesel engine to align the two belt wheels.
3 Clutch slip. Cause: the friction sheet is stained with oil and the friction sheet is seriously worn; The compression spring is weak or broken. Elimination method: the friction plate should be stained with oil should disassemble the clutch, wash and dry with gasoline, the spring force is weak or broken should adjust the separation lever, replace the new spring.
4 Clutch disengagement is not clear. Cause: the clutch pedal stroke is too large or too small: the separation lever compression stroke is not enough or the three separation levers are not in the same plane. Elimination method: In the former case, the free travel of the clutch rod should be adjusted, () so that it reaches 30 ~ 50 mm; In the latter case, the clearance of the three separation levers and the separation bearing plane should be adjusted to be the same (0.2 ~ 0.4 mm), that is, in the same plane.
5 Difficulty in shifting or unable to get into gear. Reason: clutch disengagement is not clear; The joint position of the shift rod and the tie rod is wrong, the pulling fork is not in place, and the shift rod and the pin shaft are unwelded. Elimination method: clutch separation is not clear, the clutch must be adjusted; If the fork is not pulled in place, the joint position of the shift rod and the tie rod should be adjusted to make the fork pull in place.
6 Automatic shift out. Reason: insufficient pulling fork spring force: the hanging gear is not in place; The positioning groove of the fork shaft is worn. Troubleshooting method: The hanging gear is not in place, it is necessary to adjust the tie rod joint, so that the fork is in place, the positioning slot is worn, and the fork shaft can be rotated 90 degrees.
7 Brake failure. Reasons: braking force is inconsistent; Brake shoe wear is serious; Brake pull rod is too loose. Elimination method: braking force is inconsistent, need to adjust the brake rod nut: brake rod is too loose, need to adjust the brake rod free travel to 20 ~ 30 mm.
