1. At present, there is no specific antiviral drug for the treatment of dengue fever. Timely medical treatment, early diagnosis and early symptomatic treatment can reduce the risk of worsening the disease.

3. The fever is mainly reduced by physical cooling.

4. There is still a risk of worsening the condition after the fever has abated.
