Nine tips for removing odors from freezers
After the freezer is used for a long time, especially after the freezer is out of use for a period of time, it is easy to cause odor in the freezer, and the following methods can be used to remove the odor:
1. If the odor is not very large, you can use a neutral detergent (a general detergent used at home is sufficient) to wipe the refrigerator clean, cool dry, and then wipe the refrigerator with alcohol and cool dry. Be careful not to wipe it with iodine wine, because iodine wine contains iodine, which can easily stain the freezer.
2. Orange peel deodorization. Take 500 grams of fresh oranges, wash and dry the orange peel after eating, and disperse it in the freezer. After 3 days, when I opened the freezer, the fragrance was fragrant and the smell was gone.
3. Lemon deodorization. Cut the lemon into small slices and place them on all levels of the freezer to remove odors.
4. Tea deodorization. Put 50 grams of flower tea in a gauze bag and put it in the freezer to remove the odor. After 1 month, the tea leaves are taken out and exposed to the sun, which can be used repeatedly many times with good results.
5. Maifan stone deodorization. Take 500 grams of Maifan stone, sieve off the powder particles, put it into a gauze bag, place it in the freezer, and remove the odor after 10 minutes.
6. Vinegar deodorization. Pour some vinegar into an open glass bottle and place it in the freezer for a good deodorisation effect.
7. Baking soda to remove the odor. Take 500 grams of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) into two wide-mouth glass bottles (open the cap) and place them on the upper and lower floors of the freezer to remove the odor.
8. Rice wine deodorization. Use 1 bowl of rice wine and put it at the bottom of the freezer (to prevent it from flowing out), and it can generally remove the odor in 3 days.
9. Charcoal deodorization. Crush an appropriate amount of charcoal, put it in a small cloth bag, and put it in the freezer, which has a good deodorization effect.
