How do I redeem my reward points?
To redeem your points, you can access the Points Hub via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. Once you log in to the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre:
Simply click on your David Jones credit card.
Below your account details, click Redeem and select Proceed to continue.
You'll need to enter the verification code that we send via SMS.
Click Connect to visit the David Jones Points Hub.
Now you're ready to redeem your points! If further assistance is required please contact the David Jones Credit Card team on 1300 550 006 Monday-Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm.
How do I activate my David Jones Credit card?
The easiest way to activate your David Jones Premiere credit card or David Jones Prestige credit card is online or through the Latitude App. For more information on how to activate your credit card, head to the Latitude Help Centre.
My online benefits are not applying in the checkout
To access your David Jones Credit Card benefits online, please log out of your session and log back in. If you are still unable to view your benefits you can link your David Jones credit card to your online profile.

On a new page log into your Latitude portal
Enter the verification code sent to your mobile

What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in line with our returns policy.
To return an item please include your proof of purchase:
Original register receipt
Online order confirmation
While most items may be returned within 30 days, please note there are some items that can't be returned.
Please take into account that items purchased in one of our Australian stores cannot be returned to David Jones New Zealand.

My Online order hasn’t arrived.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item is dispatched. Please note: tracking can take 48 hours to activate with our delivery partners. You can use this tracking number to track your order.
You can also view the delivery status of your order in your Online Account.
Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may not have a tracking number.
If you purchase more than one item with us these may be shipped out from different locations. In this instance you will receive separate emails with tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customer Care Refund Appointment
Why does David Jones need to call me to process a refund for my return?
When items purchased in store are returned to our warehouse, David Jones is required to contact you to facilitate a refund manually over the phone. You may choose to have your refund processed back on your original payment method used to make the purchase, or a David Jones E-gift card.
When a refund is required to be processed over the phone, we will schedule the next available time for our Customer Care team to call you. You will receive an email and text message with the date and time of this appointment.
I received an email and text message with an appointment time – what happens next?
Our Customer Care team will contact you via phone call during your appointed time to process the refund.
Please ensure you have the same payment method you used for the purchase on hand – for your security, your personal payment details will not be recorded during the call. You can also choose to have the refund processed to an E-gift card.
Our Customer Care team will contact you from caller ID (02) 5104 9702 and validate unique information with you.
How can I reschedule my appointment time?
Click on the link in your confirmation email or text to reschedule your appointment, you can select a suitable day and time from the calendar. You will receive another confirmation email with your new appointment time.
I can’t find a time that’s suitable for me.
