It releases real-time authoritative environmental information covering weather conditions, air quality monitoring, 1-hour PM2.5 readings, dengue fever epidemic prevention warnings, public health prevention and control, garbage recycling specifications, hawker center management and urban environmental renovation. It formulates environmental protection policies, standardizes environmental governance standards, prevents and controls environmental pollution, popularizes environmental protection concepts and promotes resource recycling. It also implements people’s livelihood work such as public health epidemic prevention and pest control, fully safeguarding Singapore’s ecological environment, public health safety and urban livable quality.
