An Algerian visa is generally valid for three months, with a maximum stay of one month from the date of entry. Non-albanian citizens should leave the country before the expiry date of their visa (see right side of "Expire le" at the top left corner of the visa page) and should not stay longer than the maximum stay specified on the visa page (see right side of "Duree du sejour" at the top left corner of the visa page). If necessary, you should apply for a visa extension at least 10 days in advance to the immigration office of the local provincial government, and the maximum extension can be 90 days. The holder of a residence permit cannot stay in Afghanistan beyond the validity period of the residence permit.
​If the visa or residence permit overstays and is blocked when leaving the country, the applicant shall cooperate with the Afghan police and fulfill the relevant judicial procedures. In the past, illegal residents were banned from returning to Afghanistan for five years after being ordered to leave the country. In order to avoid being blocked when entering Afghanistan, please be sure to confirm whether you have overstayed your visa or residence permit in Afghanistan.
​If your passport is lost, stolen or damaged during your stay in Afghanistan, you should report to the local police and submit your passport replacement application on the APP of "China Consular". After the application is approved, you should go to the embassy to apply for the passport offline according to the appointment time. According to the requirements of the Afghan side, after the replacement of a new passport, you need to present a police report receipt or certificate of loss before leaving the country.
